About this page: the panels below are an illustrated sample of our Japanese order form (Shopmaker), redrawn in English — they are not screenshots. The shop tested the real form on 1 November 2026 with a dummy order written entirely in romaji: every field accepted English letters, and the order reached the confirmation screen with no errors. No real order was placed in the test.

The optional 「お客様IDを発行する」 (customer ID) can be left unticked — you don’t need an ID or password to order.
